Step 1. Obtaining A Quote
You can get a quote for your pallet delivery at any time straight from the Pallet Anywhere homepage. We compare the best prices and fastest transit times from the top pallet couriers in the industry to bring you the very best options for your pallet delivery. If a country is not listed, you can simply contact us for a quote and we’ll be happy to help.
Step 2. Packaging A Pallet
When sending a pallet delivery, it is extremely important to correctly package and secure your goods to the pallet. This ensures that our pallet couriers are able to collect your pallet without any issues. As well, taking this extra care significantly reduces any chances of damage to the items you are transporting. Please read our detailed packaging guide for more information.
Step 3. Booking Online
Once your pallet is securely packaged and ready to go, all you have to do is book your pallet collection online. Our easy-to-use online booking system is available 24/7 and takes just a few short moments to complete. You will be required to provide the weight and dimensions of your pallet, as well as the collection and delivery address information.
Our secure payment system allow you to make your payment without any fuss by credit or debit card. Alternatively, you can always give us a call and we can book your pallet collection for you, if you prefer.
Step 4. Printing & Attaching Labels
Once you’ve booked online, we’ll send you some labels to print and attach to your pallet. You can also print off a set of your labels from the ‘My Orders’ section of the website after logging in. Labels are required for all services, as these contain important information such as the delivery address with postcode, delivery name and contact phone number. Most pallet couriers will attach further bar coded labels at the depot to allow you to track your shipment online. Please read our detailed packaging guide for more information on attaching labels to your pallet.
We strongly advise that you do not hand your pallet to the driver without the labels attached, as this can cause complications with your shipment.
Step 5. Pallet Collection
Our pallet couriers will arrive to collect your pallet on the date you select at booking. Please note that pallets can only be collected from (and delivered to) areas of hard-standing. This means level ground with a hard surface such as tarmac, concrete, etc.
The driver will need to be able to move the pallet with a truck easily, and as such, pallets cannot be collected from areas of gravel or grass, for example. All of our services have tailgates, so if you have hard-standings we will be able to collect your pallet without any additional equipment (so long as te pallet is a normal shipment and is packaged correctly).
Step 6. Online Tracking & Customer Support
Once your pallet has been collected, your online tracking information will begin to update to reflect the progress of your pallet in transit. You will be able to see if there are any issues with the shipment, and as well you will be able to see when your pallet is expected to arrive safely.
