Terms and Conditions

Pallet Anywhere and are the trading names of Uni Baggage LTD. Company Number 609325 with its registered office as 85 Sydenham Road, Belfast, BT3 9DJ. Telephone Number: 0333 444 4008.


1.1 By booking a collection with Pallet Anywhere you agree to Pallet Anywhere terms and conditions outlined below as well as the couriers' or freight companies terms and conditions.

1.2 Pallet Anywhere is a booking agent for national and international couriers and freight companies and does not handle your shipments.

1.3 You agree that Pallet Anywhere may send your items with any one of its couriers or freight companies.

1.4 When obtaining a quote you can select a service to suit your requirements. If for some reason we are unable to send with the allocated courier it will be sent on a courier with an equal or better service.

1.5 You may not send Personal Effects such as suitcases on any of our services. If sent they will not be covered by compensation cover.

1.6 When a booking has been made, it cannot be altered once it has been processed and a tracking number issued.

1.7 If you have any issues or additional queries regarding your order, please get in touch within 90 days.

1.8 General prohibitions and restrictions apply. You agree not to send any dangerous goods or any items on the prohibited items list. If you are sending an engine or gearbox (or any goods containing oil) they must be fully drained of oil before collection There must be no oil or smell of oil coming from the engine or gearbox. We recommend pressure washing and/or sending the engine or gearbox in plastic container secured on the pallet. You may have to collect your pallet from the local depot if any oil or smell of oil is detected. Any spills will be charged for as per the couriers terms and conditions, which can be considerable.

1.9 Your item must be fully packaged, secured on a pallet, ready for collection when the drivers arrives, he is unable to wait.

Payment, Charges & Refunds

2.1 Payments are made at the time of booking and can be paid with credit or debit card.

2.2 Your package must not exceed the dimensions or weight stated at booking. Your package must not overhang the pallet in anyway unless booked on an oversized services. If the sizes and weight is more than booked you will be charged a £25 admin fee plus the price for sending your item at the correct size/weight. You agree this fee may be taken from your payment method upon receiving the invoice. If you believe the dimensions provided were correct please contact us, we recommend taking a photo of your shipment before sending it. This includes the actual weight and the volumetric weight. If your shipment is overweight/oversized it may be delayed, returned to you or you may have to collect the shipment from the courier’s local collection/delivery depot.

2.3 Surcharges, fees or invoices for overweight or oversized shipments will be issued within 90 days of collection.

2.4 Any surcharges, fees or outstanding invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt.

2.5 If any surcharges, fees or outstanding invoices are not paid within 14 days an additional admin fee of £10 will be levied plus an additional 5% interest above the Bank of England base rate per month.

2.6 A full refund minus a £25 admin fee will be provided for cancellations made at least 1 full working day before collection. Refunds will not be offered for cancellations outside this time. Partial refunds may be offered if your package is severely delayed due to the courier. This does not apply in adverse weather.

2.7 Any refunds will be made back to the original source. These sources are credit/debit cards or top up balance. We cannot refund to another source.

2.8 Any money added to your top up account will only be available to spend on Pallet Anywhere and cannot be returned if unspent. Account balances will become invalid and set to zero after 12 months of inactivity.

Collections & Delivery

3.1 Collections can take place between 8.00 and 19.00 Monday to Friday. You agree that you will make the item available for collection between these times on your collection date. Deliveries will take place between 8.00 ­ 19.00 on your delivery date. Most collections and deliveries take places between 9.00 – 18.00.

3.2 Collections that fail are not automatically rebooked and you must contact us to arrange another collection or rebook online. Failed collections are charged at the full price and no refunds are offered for failed collections. Failed deliveries are charged at 50% of the total shipment cost for each additional delivery attempt. Please contact us if your delivery has failed to rebook another date.

3.3 The courier shall, if so required, sign a document prepared by the sender acknowledging the receipt of the Consignment but no such document shall be evidence of the condition or of the correctness of the declared nature, quantity, or weight of the Consignment at the time it is received by the Carrier and the burden of proving the condition of the Consignment on receipt by the Carrier and that the Consignment was of the nature, quantity or weight declared in the relevant document shall rest with the Customer.

3.4 Items should only be sent in suitable packaging and secured onto a suitable pallet. If you use packaging deemed to be inappropriate your item may be refused carriage with no refund and any damage caused to your items will not be covered by the compensation cover.

3.5 You agree to only use a suitable Euro Pallet or a Four Way Entry Pallet. These are pallets that can be accessed by a forklift from every side. More information is available on our packaging page.

3.6 Pallet Anywhere have a 97% on time delivery success rate. This service is not guaranteed and should not be used for time sensitive items. Items are not delivered or collected on weekends or bank holidays. Pallet Anywhere is not liable for any delays caused to your items.

3.7 It is your responsibility to ensure the provided labels are attached securely, if you do not attach your labels securely you are not entitled to claim compensation if your item is delayed or lost. You are required to print the provided labels or if the service is label options you need to make sure the full address details are attached to the pallet.

3.8 You must be present for collection and delivery, if you miss your collection or delivery no refunds will be offered. If you miss the delivery packages can be rearranged for delivery again, extra fees may be due.

3.9 Pallet Anywhere couriers will not collect from individual rooms within warehouses, etc. Items will be collected from the main entrance, loading bays, mail room, etc. Items will only be collected from areas with level hard standings. Hard standings are tarmac, concrete, etc. We cannot collect from areas with gravel, grass, on slopes, etc. We must be able to move the Pallet easily on a pallet truck. Delivery will be made to the kerbside.

3.10 Pallet Anywhere is not liable for any delay, loss or damage that may occur to your package. It is the couriers' responsibility to ensure your package is collected, handled and delivered with due care. If you have experienced a problem with your collection or delivery, please contact Pallet Anywhere directly within 2 days. If your package has unfortunately been damaged, please email Pallet Anywhere within 2 days to start a claim.

3.11 If you are sending your item to a country outside the EU it is your responsibility you complete, print and attach your customs documents. Customs forms will be available in the My Orders section after booking. It is the customers' responsibility to ensure these are completed. If the customs documents are not completed or attached, the collection may be refused.

3.12 Pallet Anywhere has no direct link or association with any customs authorities and has no control over their decisions.

3.13 Pallet Anywhere is not liable for any customs charges, clearance fees or taxes imposed on your shipment. This is the customer's responsibility.

Claims for damage or compensation

4.1 If you purchase compensation cover from Pallet Anywhere you agreed to abide by our terms and conditions.

4.2 Compensation claims must be made within 2 days to Pallet Anywhere. Should you need to make a claim please contact Pallet Anywhere within 2 days of your item(s) delivery date and we will make the claim on your behalf with the courier. Claims after this time will not be processed. Do not send your claim directly to the courier as it will be refused. Approved claims must be accepted within 7 days. When a claim has been paid out Pallet Anywhere is no longer liable for the loss or damage associated with the booking. Damaged items need to be signed for as Damaged otherwise we are unable to open a claim with the courier.

4.3 Certain items can be sent with Pallet Anywhere but only on a non-compensation basis. Please read our prohibited and non compensation list. These include engine and gearboxes. Compensation cover is only for new goods and not second hand or personal effects.

4.4 Fragile or breakable items should not be sent on any of our services.

4.5 Pallet Anywhere cannot compensate for additional expenses, purchases or loss of income due to the delay or non collection of an item. Please do not send time sensitive items.

4.6 If your item is delivered 5 working days later than the expected delivery day Pallet Anywhere may offer partial refunds up to a maximum of 50%. This is not applicable due to adverse weather conditions.

4.7 Each consignment booked through Pallet Anywhere has compensation cover against damage and loss. Each courier provides £50 inclusive cover, you can extend your cover with Pallet Anywhere Parcels up to the maximum cover of £1000.

4.8 If you do not take out any additional cover you agree that the items you are sending are not worth more than the inclusive cover or accept sole responsibility of any additional costs or loss if your items are damaged or lost.

4.9 Inclusive cover is provided by the courier and is in no way related to any cover Pallet Anywhere may provide. Pallet Anywhere is not responsible for any decision that the courier makes in relation to any claims.

4.10 Items that are damaged must be signed for as damaged.

4.11 Cover purchased for items on our prohibited and non compensation list cannot be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to check this list before completing an order.

4.12 Packaging is not covered by compensation cover. Compensation cover is for the contents of your shipment.

4.13 Compensation cover is not new for old. We may only pay up to 50% of an items value if it is more than 6 months old.

4.14 If you purchase compensation cover from Pallet Anywhere the courier is still responsible for the cover they provide and this is not cancelled by purchasing compensation cover from Pallet Anywhere.

4.15 Pallet Anywhere reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.

Delivery Policy

Your items will be delivered as per the couriers displayed transit times. Transit or delivery times are quoted in working days.

A working day is Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

These times are not guaranteed and only estimates. Remote locations can take an extra 2-4 working days.

During busy periods there can be delays due to the volume of items being sent, please allow an extra day or two for delivery.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Uni Baggage LTD may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes, we will email you if it is updated. This policy is effective from 01/01/2012.

Controlling your personal information

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission, it is required to process your order or is required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

We only share the necessarily information (name, phone number and address) to the collection/delivery courier so they are able to collect and deliver your shipment without issue. We may also share your name and address with the payment processor in order to make successful payments for your orders.

If emailing us to request this information you will need to use the email you used to book your order with and we will need to confirm your identity before releasing any information.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

You can request information we hold about you and your orders to be removed/deleted once your shipment has been delivered and there are no outstanding charges with Uni Baggage, the couriers or any government agencies, we allow a period of 90 days to insure all items have been delivered and there are no charges due. Please email us using the email you booked with to request the information we hold on file and you can then request for all or sections of the information to be removed after a period of 90 days.

We do not use personal data to make automated decisions.

We request information from you in order to process your order effectively, we are unable to place any orders without the information we outlined above including put not limited to your name, address, phone number and email address. We are unable to accept orders without this information.
